DTFestival Performance Week!

We are so excited to be moving into show week! A couple important notes for our audience:

  • Our shows start at 7pm.
  • They are PWYC with a suggested donation of $10, but we are happy to accept whatever you feel you can give.
  • The Lounge (ACE 209) opens at 6:15pm where you can enjoy live music, snacks, and a lovely atmosphere.
  • Due to the high capacity of people on waiting lists, if you are on the audience list you must arrive before 6:45pm or your spot will go to someone on the wait-list.
  • We will not be accepting any late comers after 7pm, so come early and enjoy the lounge while securing your seat!

Please be advised that E V E R N asks audience members to be ushered into the space in relative darkness. There are 12 seats available as accessible seating for patrons that require being brought into the space with lights due to health or safety concerns.

If you would prefer to have one of these seats, please email our production manager Cilaine Maurin at cilainemaurin@gmail.com or make yourself known upon arriving at the lounge.

Our promise to patrons is that this portion of the show is carefully planned with safety as a priory. Guests will be ushered into the space by trained, specialized ushers. We ask that you please be considerate to giving these seats to patrons who may need it on the night of.

Peeled and Metanoia have some optional content warnings which can be found on their production pages, and which will be made available to those who would like to read them in the lounge and before entering the space.

Audience Capacity Increased to 40 Due to High Demand!

DTFestival header Audience Cap

We are so excited to announce that the 2018 DTFestival officially SOLD OUT early this week!

To accommodate the high demand we are increasing our audience capacity for all 3 productions from 28 to 40. The first 12 people on waiting lists for each performance will be automatically added to the audience list for that night. This change will go into effect on the sign up page by tonight (March 7th) at 10 PM

If you are on multiple waiting lists, please double check your bookings, and if you have been added to more than one night’s performances, please email cilainemaurin@gmail.com to cancel the additional bookings to make room for other audience members who are still trying to get a seat.

We encourage you to continue signing up on waiting lists, as it is very likely that we’ll still be able to accommodate you and get you into the shows! We’re looking forward to opening the 2018 DTFestival on March 12th and celebrating our work with you!
